[Harry] Wolfson, who returned in the meantime to PICA [Yiddish acronym for the Palestine Jewish Colonization Association], offers his services. According to him, he's a financial expert. I asked if he could formulate principles for the state's taxation system. I reminded him that he's a member of Po'alei Zion.

       - The situation is getting worse. Yehoshua [Globerman], who was returning to Tel Aviv [from Jerusalem] today, was killed en route.
