Dr. Drumond Shiels is looking forward keenly to his Pal. trip. he expects to start about September 20 , and to be away for rather more that a month. It would be quite a mistake to suppose that Dr. Shiels is going on any specific mission, or will even follow a carefully planned official route. He will go where he likes and talk to whom he likes.
