{P001} {0065-10} 3 דצמבר טלגרפתי למשה על הפגישה עם ב-ט שיגיע לירושלם ב=25. בצהרים סעדו אצלי נ. גולדמן וליפסקי. סידרתי פגישה זו למען השפיע על ליפסקי לחזור לועד החירום (נעלב ע"י סולד והתפטר) והגענו להבנה. הנשיאות תהיה כמקודם של שלושה, אולם ליפסקי ימונה על המשרד. בררנו אפשריות -[ השפעת ] העתונות. שניהם מתנגדים לדעתי בדבר הצטרפות פוע"צ לועד הפועלים. לחמש וחצי הזמנתי אלי את פרלצווייג - למסור לי על מצב הרוחות בצירות וקשריו. {0065-11} ניסחתי תכנית פעולה שתוצע ללא ציונים. A.War program 1. whole hearted support of the American Administration in its foreign policy during the present emergency. 2, Every aid to England in the war against Hitler. 3. Full support to the efforts of the Yishuv in Pal. to participate as a military ally of England in this war, with the some status as the Poles , Chechs, free French and other allies of England 4. Cambatting all manifestations of antisemitism. 5. Vigilance and preservation of Jewish rights in Pal. according to B D and the Mandate. 6. Financial and moral support of Jewish communities suffering from Nazi persecutions and constructive aid to all needy Jewish communities throughout the world. 7. Strengthning and expanding Jewish Active aid to immigration and new colonisation. B. Peace program. l. Restoration and saveguarding of complete Jewish equality in all countries of the world; granting to Jewish coommunities all collective (group) rights wherever such rights will be granted to other communities. {0065-12} Establishment of Pal. as Jewish Commonwealth, for the purpose of settling in Pal. all the Jews who will be willing and in need of immigration into Pal. after the war. The basic principles governing Pal to be as follows: a) Control of immigration, colonisation and the upbuilding of the country for the purpose of absorbing new immigrants to be entirely under an internationally recognised and established Agency of the Jewish People as a whole. b) Complete equality between all inhabitants of Pal. with no distinction between race nationality , religion etc. Constant effort to be made for the gradual cultural standard of the Arab population to the some levce as the Jewish standard. 3. Financial support for the upbuilding of Pal. 4. Construction aid to consolidate and stregthen the economic position of Jewish communities in countries which have suffered from the war .
